  • Unlimited chat support, like having a personal coach in your back pocket! You can reach out to me any time, and I will check in with you in between sessions to keep you accountable & encouraged.

  • Private chat channel for clients only + monthly group coaching calls where you’ll be embraced by an uplifting community of like- minded women.

  • I am currently seeing clients virtually only.

  • I currently have a wide variety of offerings ranging from $0 to $3,000+, depending on what kind of support you’re looking for. If you are considering working with me in any capacity, your best bet is to fill out my application at this link. From there, we can chat and see which of my services is the best fit for you.

  • I do not currently accept insurance. However, you can use HSA funds to cover the cost of coaching.

  • Fear of failure is normal, especially if you’ve been struggling with this for a long time. Most of my clients have tried SO MANY different diets & weight loss programs, so it makes sense that you’re a little jaded. We can explore this fear together before you enroll in anything with me. The way I usually look at it, before I make an investment in my own mental & physical health and well-being, is if I stay where I am right now, I am 100% guaranteed to keep getting the same results. It might comfort you to read through my client reviews/ testimonials, read client screenshots, and watch client interviews/ read blogs former clients have written after working with me. If they can do it, there is absolutely no reason you won’t also experience MASSIVE success, beyond your wildest dreams! I believe in you. ❤️

  • I generally work with 1:1 clients for a minimum of 4 months before we re-assess how much support you want & need moving forward. Outside of my 1:1 program, some clients choose to start with my 5 week self- paced course, which you can learn more about at this link.

  • I do not help clients directly with weight loss. I do help clients become remarkably healthier and happier. Any weight loss clients see is a result of them prioritizing health-promoting behaviors.
